Indications

Gel'Clear is a thickener that dissolves instantly in hot or cold preparations, liquids (water, coffee, tea, fruit juice, milk), soups or smoothies. It resists temperature changes and helps reduce the risk of aspiration. It allows you to reconstitute grade 1, 2 and 3 gelled waters, depending on the volume of water.

Ingredients

Maltodextrin, thickener: xanthan gum; humectant: potassium chloride.

Contains no major allergens.

Directions for use and Dosage

To prepare, use the measuring cup included in the jar to measure the amount of powder needed. Pour the required dose of liquid or preparation slowly, stirring vigorously with a fork or whisk until completely dissolved.

Syrup consistency: 1 scoop in 100ml of water

Creamy consistency: 1.5 scoops in 100ml of water

Pudding consistency: 3 scoops in 100ml of water
