Fusilli n°34 gluten-free. Product specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten. Naturally a source of fiber.

Characteristics

The spiral shape of fusilli, of ancient southern origins, allows full-bodied sauces such as delicious cream cheese sauces and rich meat or fish ragùs to fully envelop the pasta and provide satisfying tastings. In Fusilli, as with other De Cecco Gluten Free formats, a careful selection of naturally gluten-free cereals and sources of fiber has been done in search of the balance between taste, color, aroma, putting the essential "al dente" cooking first.

Ingredients

Brown rice flour 36%, corn flour 34.5%, sorghum flour 22%, teff flour 7%, emulsifiers of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin.
