Characteristics

Gluten-free Fusilli have a spiral shape, of ancient southern origins, which means that full-bodied sauces such as delicious cheese creams, rich ragùs and pasta dishes are perfect for pasta lovers. of meat or fish can fully envelop the pasta and provide satisfying tastings.

In Fusilli, as with the other De Cecco Gluten Free shapes, a careful selection of naturally gluten-free cereals and sources of fiber has been done in search of the balance between taste, color, aroma, putting the essential "al dente" cooking first.
