Fortimel Powder is a high-calorie (200 kcal per serving) and high-protein (10 g per serving) nutritional supplement in powder form, enriched with a blend of soluble fibers (FOS, GOS, and pectin). Dietary food intended for special medical purposes for the treatment of malnutrition associated with diseases. Gluten-free. The product is in powder form: it can be added to foods or drinks to increase the calorie and protein intake without altering the taste of the food to which it is added. To supplement the energy and protein intake of weakened individuals and patients with various types of loss of appetite (for example, frail elderly people, post-hospitalization, osteo-muscular trauma, oncological therapies, senile loss of appetite, calorie-protein malnutrition).

Directions for use and Dosage

How to reconstitute a serving: Mix 50 ml of water or other liquid (e.g., milk) with 8 scoops and stir with a fork until the powder is completely dissolved. Add more water or other liquid until the total volume is 200 ml. Alternatively, the 46 g of powder (8 scoops) can be added directly to foods such as soups or purees without further dilution.
