Bring 1 liter of salted water to the boil with 10 g of salt for every 100 g of pasta. Add the pasta to the pan and stir constantly for the first 2 minutes to prevent it from sticking. Drain and leave to cool on a tea towel before placing it in the baking tray and baking.
