Indications
Dixypro hp is useful in all cases of patient nutritional management due to protein malnutrition, decreased protein intake, or increased needs associated with surgical procedures.
Its formulation also makes it essential in situations of psycho-physical stress and in musculoskeletal metabolism. Enzymatic hydrolysis reduces the incidence of some side effects such as abdominal swelling, nausea, intestinal spasms, and belching.
It has excellent patient compliance because it is easy to use. Its formulation overcomes all the problems of whey proteins in terms of solubility, digestion, absorption, and bioavailability.
Thanks to its osmolarity (76 mOsmol/l), Dixypro HP can be used for enteral feeding.
