Ditalini by Aproten is a protein-free pasta characterized by a low content of proteins, sodium, phosphorus and potassium which make it indicated for the dietary management of renal failure (nephropathies); low content of tyrosine and phenylalanine which make it indicated for the dietary management of metabolic aminoacidopathies (phenylketonuria, tyrosinemia); Low protein content, making it suitable for the dietary management of Parkinson's disease (in Levodopa therapy). Patients undergoing Levodopa therapy must be assessed for the degree of dysphagia and any malnutrition problems that may arise under protein restriction.
Corn Starch, Potato Starch, Chicory Inulin; Emulsifiers: Mono- and Diglycerides of Fatty Acids; Safflower. The product may contain traces of soy.

Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water (about 1 liter of water for 50 g of pasta). Once cooked, season the pasta as soon as it is drained. The cooking time indicated is indicative and may vary according to habits and personal taste.
