Characteristics
Digestive by Gullon are gluten-free biscuits, specifically formulated for celiacs and a source of fiber.
Ingredients
Corn starch, sugar, vegetable oil (high oleic sunflower oil) 15%, potato starch, corn flour, rice flour, corn fiber, corn glucose and fructose syrup, rice starch, raising agents (sodium and ammonium hydrogen carbonate), salt, emulsifier: soy lecithin.
- Without wheat, milk proteins, eggs and nuts.
- Gluten-free.
