Bonomelli has created this product for you which, in addition to preserving all the qualities of chamomile extract, contains melatonin, which helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, and magnesium, which helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. The beneficial effect of melatonin is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. Directions for use
