Indications
With Burger Mix you have an alternative to minced meat. A protein-free preparation that replaces meat in terms of texture and taste (and not in terms of nutrition). Very useful for preparing meatballs, ragù, hamburgers, and other recipes.
Ingredients
Deglutenized wheat starch, corn starch, dextrose, thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, guar gum, locust bean gum; vegetable fiber (psyllium), raising agents: glucono-delta-lactone, sodium bicarbonate; vegetable margarine [vegetable fats and oils (palm, palm kernel, rapeseed), water, salt, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; natural flavor], sugar, water, yeast, dried carrots, caramelized sugar, parsley, tomato extract, maltodextrin, salt, apple extract, thyme, flavoring, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids.

Directions for use
- Mix the Burger Mix with the water, olive oil, salt and pepper using a spoon until you obtain a smooth mixture.
- Shape the mixture into a burger, heat the sunflower oil generously in a pan and fry the burger for about 30 seconds per side.
- Add chopped and sautéed vegetables to vary the burger recipe.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, the product must be consumed within 1-2 months.
