Low-sodium and virtually fat-free (0.3%) broth and seasoning mix. Vegetable preparation with vegetable proteins and vegetables (celery, carrots, onions, and parsley). Compared to traditional stock cubes, it contains no fat and less than half the average salt content.
It is useful in low-fat and low-sodium diets, such as in cases of cardiovascular disease, water retention, and overweight.
Gluten-free, lactose-free.
Ingredients Potassium chloride; sodium chloride; sodium glutamate; maltodextrin; dehydrated vegetables (celery, onion, carrot, parsley); potassium citrate; hydrolyzed vegetable proteins; magnesium carbonate; colouring: caramel.
How to use To prepare a vegetable broth: dissolve a tablespoon of BrodoSohn (about 12 g) in boiling water to prepare half a liter of broth, a teaspoon (about 5 g) to prepare a cup. Preparation is instant.
To season dishes: sprinkle BrodoSohn with the tip of the spoon, during preparation, to add flavor to meat, egg, fish and vegetable dishes.
Warnings In cases of severe kidney failure, low-sodium products must be used under medical supervision.
