Characteristics:
Breads made from stone-ground flour every day for daily production. The rye bread with seeds, the rye bread alone, and the wheat bread are all made with sourdough leavening. The other breads, however, are completely yeast-free. Made from sprouted grains, they are softer than the others. The use of sprouted wheat makes the product more digestible and increases its nutritional value, making it rich in protein and truly energy-giving. The three breads and the rye bread alone are all flour-free.

- Wheat Bread:

  Water, whole wheat, sea salt.
- Solochicco di Segale:
Rye, water, sea salt.
