Amin 21K Chocolate Flavored Protein Bar is a high-protein bar, with 15 g of protein, lactose-free, gluten-free, and sugar-free.
Milk proteins provide a rapid response to the maintenance and recovery of lean mass. They are essential to accompany the diet, helping us lose fat without losing lean/muscle mass. The 15 g protein dosage is the maximum available for a 33 g bar and is close to 50%. This does not alter the taste and palatability, which are essential for the patient. The caloric intake of proteins is 63 kcal per bar. The choice of polyols, with a prevalence of maltitol, is due to the glycemic and insulinemic responses they produce. Interest in their consumption has recently increased due to their potential health benefits. They are non-cariogenic or acariogenic, have a low glycemic index and insulin index (useful in diets and for those with blood sugar problems etc.), have a low energy value which is about 60% that of carbohydrates, and are digested more slowly. The bar contains 4.9 g with a caloric intake of approximately 11 kcal.
The bar is gluten-free and suitable for those intolerant to lactose. ISO 22000 HACCP certified.
