Characteristics

The Classic Croissants by Agluten have a dough with brown rice flour, a source of fiber, lactose-free and with 30% less sugar.

Ingredients

Water, eggs, rice starch, sugar, rice flour 8%, brown rice flour 6%, non-hydrogenated vegetable margarine (refined palm oil, water), thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; guar flour; Xanthan gum, yeast, dextrose, dried sourdough starter 2% (rice flour), alcohol, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, vegetable fibers (pea, potato, psyllium, bamboo, flaxseed), iodized salt, flavorings, preservative: potassium sorbate.

May contain traces of: soy, nuts, mustard, sesame seeds, lupins.
