Directions for use
Grasp a 40-50 cm long piece of soft Vitis® waxed dental floss with fluoride and mint between your index and middle fingers, taking care to leave about 2-3 cm of space between them.
Insert the floss between your teeth with a slight alternating motion from inside to outside and vice versa.
When the floss reaches the edge of the gums, form a C shape around the tooth and slide it against the tooth wall, passing it gently between the gum and the tooth until you feel resistance (avoid sliding the floss between the teeth too quickly).
Repeat the procedure in all other interdental spaces, always using a clean piece of floss for each space.
