Listerine Total Care is a daily mouthwash with clinically proven effectiveness. When used in addition to your regular brushing, it can eliminate up to 99% (in vitro) of plaque-causing bacteria, even in hard-to-reach areas with just a toothbrush.

A mouthwash based on essential oil extracts, such as Fluoride and Zinc Chloride, to prevent tartar buildup and maintain the natural whiteness of your teeth, and to strengthen tooth enamel.

Directions for use

Twice a day, after thoroughly brushing your teeth. 20 ml per dose, or about 4 teaspoons. Rinse your mouth for about 30 seconds. Use neat, without diluting in water. Do not swallow. Do not use if under 12 years of age.
