Self-modeling anatomical bite, useful for preventing damage caused by bruxism, a condition that consists of the involuntary act of grinding and clenching the teeth.

How to use
Take the colored thermal indicator card with the brown dot found in the package, immerse it in a saucepan and heat the water.
Once the right temperature is reached (about 70°), the dot will change color from brown to gray. Remove the water from the heat immediately. A higher temperature could irreparably damage the device.
Holding the bite by the insertion support, immerse it in water for 30 seconds, covering it up to the base of the insertion support.
Remove the bite from the water and shake it lightly to remove any residual water.
Immediately insert the bite into your mouth, closing your teeth without clenching too much. Close your lips tightly and suck out all the air to facilitate the adhesion of the bite to the dental arch. You can aid the adaptation phase by massaging your cheeks with your fingers.
Continue for about a minute, then remove the bite from your mouth and place it under running cold water for about two minutes. At this point, try the bite to check if it has adapted correctly. If it fits correctly, tear off the insertion support (it is already pre-cut). At this point the bite is ready for use.
If the bite is not stable or precise, do not tear off the insertion support and repeat the adjustment operations.
