Product Description

Indications

PerioTabs helps reduce gingivitis, periodontitis, perimucositis and peri-implantitis.
This product is used to brush teeth and gums.
Use only on the advice of a dentist.
For all other cases, consult your dentist/doctor before use.

Ingredients

Citric acid, sodium lauryl sulfate, lactose monohydrate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium chloride, potassium monopersulfate, sodium carbonate, peppermint flavor, PVP.

Directions for use

Read the warnings and precautions carefully before use.

1. Fill the measuring cup provided in the kit with approximately 15 ml of warm water (check with the notch on the measuring cup).
   Remove a tablet from the blister and let it dissolve in the water. Wash your hands after handling the tablet.
2. Immerse the new toothbrush in the solution and leave it for approximately 15 minutes until it dissolves. The tablet has dissolved completely and the bristles of the toothbrush have absorbed the solution.
   It is preferable to use a toothbrush with soft bristles, especially if the gums are particularly sensitive.
3. Once the tablet has dissolved completely, brush your teeth and gums (inside and out) using the toothbrush dipped in the solution; do not rinse the toothbrush before use and do not use toothpaste, either before or after this treatment.
   It is recommended to dip the toothbrush 2-3 times in the solution for a few seconds and brush for at least 2 minutes.
   Before dipping the toothbrush in the solution again, rinse it under running water.
   Do not drink the solution while brushing your teeth and gums.
   It is normal for the solution to have a bitter taste.
4. After treatment, rinse your mouth with plenty of running water.
   It is recommended to discard any unused solution.
5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 every evening for 9 consecutive days.

Warnings

The product is intended for use in the oral cavity, on the gum and tooth surfaces, with a short contact time (about 2 minutes).
The tablets and solution are for single use and for a single patient; any unused residue must be discarded at the end of treatment.
Do not use in case of allergy/intolerance to one of the components or to persulfates.
Accidental ingestion of the tablets or solution or an allergic reaction may cause irritation, swelling (edema) or difficulty breathing after the first or subsequent uses.
In this case, discontinue treatment or consult a doctor.
In case of an acute reaction, contact a poison control center immediately. Direct eye contact with the powder from the tablets may cause eye damage.
In case of contact, rinse immediately with plenty of running water and contact a poison control center immediately. Wash your hands thoroughly after handling the tablets.
Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult their doctor before starting treatment.

Storage

Keep out of the reach of children and people who cannot read and follow the instructions for use.
Store in a cool, dry place or at room temperature.
Do not refrigerate or freeze the product.
Do not use after the expiry date.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 36 months.
