Directions for use

Fill the measuring cap to the 10 ml line.
Rinse your mouth vigorously for 60 seconds and spit out. Do not swallow.
Use once a day after normal oral hygiene. For greater effectiveness, avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after use.

Warnings:

Do not use on children under the age of 18. Under six years of age unless recommended by a dentist as part of an oral hygiene program and under adult supervision. Sealed container. Do not use if damaged. Keep out of reach of children. Do not freeze.
