Directions for use

Use twice daily.

Especially effective when used morning and evening after brushing.

To open: press the base of the cap and twist.

To close: Twist the cap until it locks.

1. Pour 15 ml (3 5 ml teaspoons) into a glass;
2. Rinse for 60 seconds, swishing the liquid throughout your mouth. Do not swallow.
