How to use and Dosage

Apply a sufficient amount of product to a moistened toothbrush, preferably one with rounded, synthetic bristles of medium hardness and an anatomical head, and brush each tooth thoroughly, using movements from top to bottom for the upper arch and from bottom to top for the lower arch.
Effective dental cleaning should be continued for at least two minutes, then rinse your mouth thoroughly, and finish with the use of mouthwash and dental floss.
