Directions for use
Spread a small amount of toothpaste onto a damp toothbrush.
Brush your teeth for at least two minutes, making sure to cover all surfaces.
Repeat at least twice a day, morning and evening. Brush your teeth at least twice a day after main meals. Use dental floss twice a day to remove residue that cannot be removed with the toothbrush.

Do not ingest. Store in a cool place away from heat sources.
