Indications

Emoform Dent is a medical device indicated for the daily cleaning of dental prostheses, removable bridges and orthodontic appliances. It guarantees complete and effective protection of the denture and a pleasant sensation of freshness that lasts a long time.

Composition

Sodium bicarbonate (26.5-28.5%), potassium monopersulfate (24-26%), anhydrous citric acid (7.7-7.9%), sodium carbonate, sodium percarbonate (10.5-12.5%), VP/VA copolymer, mint flavor, sodium lauryl sulfate, magnesium stearate, sorbitol, CI 42090 (blue n.1).

How to use for use

• Ready to use.
• Fill a suitable container with sufficient warm water to cover the denture, removable bridge, or orthodontic appliance.
• Introduce one tablet into the water.
• Immerse the denture, removable bridge, or orthodontic appliance in the solution and leave it for at least 3-5 minutes; for a more thorough cleaning, it is recommended to leave it for at least 10 minutes.
• The denture, removable bridge, or orthodontic appliance can be left immersed in the solution overnight.
• Remove the denture, removable bridge, or orthodontic appliance and rinse it thoroughly under running water before wearing it.

Discontinue treatment if any adverse effects occur. Do not swallow. Do not use directly in the mouth. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use the product if the package is opened or damaged. Do not use after the expiration date. Keep out of the sight and reach of children. For optimal cleaning and to reduce the risk of cross-contamination, it is recommended to use one effervescent tablet for each device to be cleaned. If the denture, removable bridge, or orthodontic appliance is made of innovative materials, it is recommended to consult your doctor to ensure compatibility with the components of the formulation. Any serious incident related to the device must be reported to the manufacturer and the competent authority of the Member State in which the incident occurred. Harmful if swallowed. Causes serious eye irritation. Causes skin irritation. If medical advice is needed, have the product container or label available. Keep out of reach of children. Wash hands thoroughly after use. If swallowed: If you feel unwell, contact a poison control center. If on skin: Wash thoroughly with soap and water. If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice/attention. If in eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists, get medical advice/attention. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local/regional/national regulations. Contains: potassium peroxodisulfate. May cause an allergic reaction. Contains: pentapotassium bis(peroxymonosulfate), bis(sulfate), sodium percarbonate.

Storage

Store in a dry place, away from heat, below 25°C. The expiry date refers to the product in its intact packaging and stored correctly.
