When used twice daily, LISTERINE® Cool Mint Mild Flavor is proven to:

Ingredients
Aqua, Propylene Glycol, Sorbitol, Poloxamer 407, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Eucalyptol, Benzoic Acid, Sodium Benzoate, Methyl Salicylate, Thymol, Sodium Saccharin, Sodium Fluoride, Menthol, Sucralose, Flavoring, CI 42053.
Contains Sodium Fluoride (220 ppm F).
Directions for use
Use twice daily. Pour 20 ml (4 5 ml teaspoons) into a glass and swish the liquid around your mouth for 30 seconds. Do not swallow. Use 10 ml for children aged 6 to 12. Not suitable for children under 6.
