Characteristics
Dermandet is the eudermic cleanser indicated for the daily cleansing of delicate or irritated skin from the repeated use of substances that reduce the hydrolipidic film.
The presence of hydroxyethylcellulose guarantees the formation of a protective skin layer.
Its isodermic pH and the absence of alkaline soaps and alkyl sulphates makes it ideal for children and adults with atopic dermatitis or other constitutional eczemas and for anyone who cannot tolerate common soaps.
Cleansing with Dermandet is provided by delicate surfactants, which respect the surface lipids, such as:
- Sodium dilaureth- 7- citrate
- Sodium lauroyl sarcosinate
- Disodium laureth sulfosuccinate

Without parabens: the new preservative system is a mixture of chlorphenesin and methylisothiazolinone.
