Directions for use

• Open the package and remove the exfoliating pad.
• Place the pad on the heel and wrap it with the protective mask, making sure the arrow is facing upwards.
• Fix the mask with the adhesive and leave it on for 60-90 minutes, depending on the thickness of the hardened skin.
• Remove the mask and rinse the heel with warm water.
• Exfoliation will begin 3-5 days after application, gradually removing the hardened skin.
