Puroman is a water-based intimate lubricant gel containing D-mannose extracted from birch and hyaluronic acid ideal for the prevention of post-coital cystitis and to help hydrate the mucous membranes in cases of vaginal dryness, vulvar pain and delicate and hypersensitive mucous membranes. Thanks to its extremely delicate and fragrance-free formula, it is highly tolerated even by women with hypersensitive mucous membranes affected by vulvodynia and lichen sclerosus. D-mannose has a strong adhesive affinity for the pili present on the surface of the bacteria that cause cystitis. Hyaluronic acid forms a protective layer that hydrates and protects sensitive mucous membranes and skin. Based on D-mannose and hyaluronic acid, it is useful:

• To limit friction during sexual intercourse and reduce microlesions during intercourse to prevent post-coital cystitis;
• To relieve itching and burning after intercourse and combat vaginal dryness;
• In case of chronic cystitis and frequent vaginal infections (vaginosis, vaginitis, candida mycosis);
• In case of disorders of the female genital area (itching, burning, redness and pain) caused by vaginal dryness, vulvo-vaginal atrophy and menopause.
