Features

Puroman Intimate Cleanser is a delicate cleanser based on pure D-mannose extracted from birch and enriched with colloidal silver in ionic cluster and salvia officinalis.

Active components

• D-Mannose: is a simple sugar with a strong adhesive affinity towards the lectins present on the surface of many bacteria responsible for urinary infections and prevents them from attaching to the vulvar mucosa and the urethral entrance.
• Salvia officinalis: has natural anti-inflammatory, antifungal and antibacterial properties. The carnosic acid contained in sage is able to inhibit the formation of bacterial biofilms.
•  Colloidal Silver Ionic Cluster (ACI): contains more absorbable silver ions. It has a natural antibacterial, antiviral, and antifungal action.
