Directions for use

1. Remove the masks from the packaging.
2. Carefully open each mask along the seal at the top of the sock.
3. Wear each sock on clean, dry feet, securing it with the adhesive part.
4. Remove the sock after 20 minutes and massage until completely absorbed.
