Indications
Nomor Barrier Extra Protection is a cosmetic ointment indicated to protect against irritation, redness and maceration caused by contact with body fluids, feces (such as in cases of incontinence) or rubbing of the skin, including the anal and perianal area.
The formulation has been designed to create a protective barrier that helps isolate the skin from the external environment, alleviating the sensation of burning and discomfort.
This action is achieved thanks to the presence of a biologically inert mineral (kaolin) that forms a protective layer on the skin and also has a notable capacity to absorb liquids.
/>The formula also contains substances with emollient properties and menthol, known for its soothing and refreshing properties, which helps mask unpleasant odors.
Ingredients
Petrolatum, paraffinum liquidum, caprylic/capric triglyceride, titanium dioxide, glyceryl behenate, kaolin, polyglyceryl-10 diisostearate, glycerin, silica, menthol, tocopheryl acetate, methylparaben, CI 77491.
Directions for use and dosage
Apply a small amount to the skin area to be treated until the affected area is evenly covered.
It is recommended to carry out one or two applications per day.
In case of application in the anal and perianal area, it is also recommended to apply, when possible, after each bowel movement.
Warnings
People with known individual hypersensitivity to the components should not use the product.
Consult your doctor if local side effects occur.
It is advisable to thoroughly wash the affected areas before application.
After application to the anal and perianal area, avoid, if possible, bowel movements for at least 20-30 minutes, to avoid premature removal of the product.
If this is not possible, it is advisable to repeat the application after bowel movements and thorough washing of the affected areas.
