Directions for Use

1. Get in the shower and adjust the temperature to your preference.
2. Put a small amount of this shower gel in the palm of your hands and create a soft foam.
3. Cleanse your body with this cleansing foam by massaging Gently.
4. Rinse.
5. Finish with a splash of cold water - start with your feet and slowly work your way up.
