Directions for use

Before insertion, wash your hands thoroughly. Insert Mooncup Soft Teen into the vagina in a low, comfortable position, tilting it towards your back. Empty the cup every 4-8 hours. To remove it, gently squeeze the base to eliminate the adhesion and slide it out. Rinse the cup and reinsert it. Using Mooncup Soft Teen may require an adaptation period of up to three menstrual cycles. It is recommended not to use the cup simultaneously with other tampon products.
