Directions for Use
Apply a generous amount of cream to your hands and gently massage the palms and backs of your hands (twice daily).
For an intense treatment: use it as a mask. Apply a more generous amount of balm to your hands for 10 minutes for intense hydration. Then, massage excess balm into your hands, working your way toward your wrists and forearms (once or twice a week).
