Gynecolase is composed of:

• Chlorhexidine (1,6-di-4-chlorophenyldiguanido-hexane): compound active against a wide range of pathogenic species, gram-negative and gram-positive, fungi, yeasts and viruses. It is able to attach itself to negatively charged groups present on the wall of microorganisms, resulting in membrane damage and loss of cytoplasmic structures. It inhibits enzymatic activity and the number of leukocytes in the inflammatory exudate.
• Undecylenic acid (hydrolyzed undecylenic collagen): obtained by pyrolysis of ricinolenic acid, it is useful in the prophylaxis and treatment of a wide variety of pathogenic fungi, such as Trycophyton, Epidermophyton, and Microsporum.
• Echinacin B (echinacea angustifolia): glycoside composed of rhamnose, glucose, and a phenolic aglycone. It helps increase the body's defenses against microbial agents that spread in the tissues, also by virtue of its ability to bind to the inflammatory response. of the enzyme they produce (anti-hyaluronidase activity).
• Calendula officinalis: Glycolic extract rich in carotenes, essential oils, and mucilage. Useful for external use for its soothing, decongestant, and hydrating properties on red and inflamed skin and mucous membranes. In gynecology, it relieves abdominal pain associated with the menstrual cycle.
