Complementary gel for the treatment of various types of vaginal dryness; aids the healing process of micro-lesions caused by friction of the vaginal mucosa.
Indications
Hyalo Gyn by Fidia Farmaceutici is a colorless gel with high hydrating properties that contains Hydeal-D®, a derivative of hyaluronic acid, which allows for prolonged release at the site of application.
Hyaluronic acid is a molecule responsible for maintaining the correct level of hydration of the tissues, as well as playing a fundamental role in the repair processes.
The Hydeal-D-based formulation offers excellent adhesion to the vaginal mucosa, a prolonged hydrating action and promotes the healing processes of microlesions.
How to use
It is recommended to use it in the evening before going to bed, as follows:
- Wash your hands thoroughly and ensure adequate intimate hygiene;
- Open the sealed pouch from the indicated side to extract the disposable applicator;
- Rotate and remove the closing flap of the applicator to allow it to open;
- Preferably in a supine position, gently insert the applicator cannula into the vagina;
- Firmly squeeze the body of the applicator along its entire length to introduce the gel into the vagina. A small amount of gel is expected to remain in the applicator, which is specially overfilled;
- Gently remove the applicator and discard it.
The frequency of application depends on the dryness of the vaginal mucosa. We recommend applying every three days for a period of thirty days, unless otherwise advised by your doctor.
It is not necessary to interrupt treatment during menstrual flow.
Composition
Main component: Hydeal-D 0.2% (slow-release derivative of hyaluronic acid).
Other components: glycerol, propanediol, ethylhexylglycerin, phenethyl alcohol, carbomer, sodium hydroxide, purified water.
The formulation does not contain parabens or other preservatives. other preservatives.

Known individual hypersensitivity to the product.
Precautions and warnings
The product is for vaginal use only.
The applicators are single-use, meaning they must be used only once by a single patient and discarded after use. If reused, Fidia Farmaceutici cannot be held responsible for the performance, functionality, and hygienic conditions of the product.
During the use of products for the treatment of vaginal dryness, whitish, odorless discharge may occur, which should be considered normal.
In patients with particular individual sensitivity to some components of the formulation and/or at the beginning of treatment, transient sensations of vaginal heat or burning may occur. In case of persistent burning, it is advisable to discontinue treatment and consult your doctor.
In case of vaginal infection, use of the product is at the discretion of the doctor.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before use.
The safety and effectiveness of the product in children are not known.
The product can be used with lubricated and non-lubricated latex, polyisoprene, and polyurethane condoms.
No interactions are known with vaginal contraceptive drugs.
Do not use vaginal products containing quaternary ammonium salts (e.g. benzalkonium chloride) at the same time, which may alter the product.
Do not use the product if the packaging is damaged in a way that compromises the integrity of the applicator.
Do not dispose of empty containers in the environment and dispose of them according to current regulations.
Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the packaging.
The expiry date refers to the product stored correctly in its original container.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Store between 2°C and 25°C. Do not freeze.
