Directions for use

1. Stir well before use.
2. Spread the Guam F.I.R. Seaweed Mud for Belly and Waist evenly. with a light massage on the affected areas.
3. Wrap with common transparent kitchen film: thanks to this "protective veil" you can carry out every daily activity with peace of mind.
4. Leave on for 30 minutes and rinse with warm water.

To complete the treatment, we recommend massaging the Guam F.I.R. Seaweed Mud gel cream on the affected areas.
