Ingredients

Black tourmaline, Guam seaweed, clay, phytoextracts of fucus, horse chestnut, and ivy, oregano essential oil, menthol, and a mix of essential oils of turmeric (from curcuma zedoaria root), ginger (from zingiber officinale root), and clove (eugenia caryophyllus flowers), warming complex.
Free from parabens, PEGs, and petrolatum.

Directions for use

1. Mix thoroughly before use. Apply the Guam Rapid Action FIR Seaweed Mud "hot formula" evenly to the affected areas with a light massage.
2. Wrap with ordinary cling film: thanks to this "protective veil", you can carry out all your daily activities with ease. Leave on for 15 minutes and rinse with warm water. Given the high concentration of active ingredients and functional substances, you may feel a sensation of heat and the characteristic "active tingling". Not suitable for sensitive skin.
3. To complete the treatment, we recommend massaging Guam Seaweed Mud Gel Cream onto the affected areas.
