Emollient body cream enriched with a moisturizing factor, it ensures respect for the skin's natural hydrolipidic mantle (NMF). Contains Almond Oil, Rice Oil, Vitamin E, and Shea Butter with important emollient, restructuring, and protective properties. In addition to lipids, the skin needs an optimal proportion of water to maintain its softness. The ability of the skin's stratum corneum to absorb moisture depends on the moisturizing factors contained in the epidermis, the so-called "natural moisturizing factors." (NMF), which are easily reduced by soaps or other surfactants.
The emollient body cream for cancer patients helps counteract premature peeling of epithelial cells and loss of elasticity by replacing the natural substances that have been washed away and supplying the skin with lipids and moisture. In addition, the reconstituted NMF contains glycine, urea, and niacinamide, which further improve hydration.
The evaluation of short-term hydration benefits was performed internally using 12 volunteers. Measurements were performed under standardized conditions in a climate room at room temperature and 55% relative humidity. Corneometry studies were used to evaluate the hydrating efficacy of the reconstituted NMF compared to different reference products, performed using an HM99 corneometer (Courage & Khazaka, Cologne, Germany). Fifty grams of the O/W formulations (vehicle, + 5% moisturizer) were applied to randomized skin areas. Two hours later, the subjects were re-cultured for 15 minutes and skin moisture was measured again. The differences between the initial corneometric units (CU) and the 2-hour CU were calculated for each expert group. The results verified that reconstituted NMF provided excellent short-term efficacy on skin hydration. Short-term hydration (* p <0.1 compared to Vehicle).

Directions for use
We recommend using the body cream for cancer patients immediately and for up to 30 days after the end of treatment.
Apply an appropriate amount of emollient body cream, just enough to cover the area to be treated. You can use the body cream up to 6 times a day as needed.
Leave it on for 10 minutes and massage gently until completely absorbed.
It is recommended to also apply the body cream after using the Oncos shower shampoo to maintain the hydrolipidic layer in optimal conditions.
