Product Description

Indications

Difesan+ is a medical device for the treatment useful for the maintenance and control of the physiological environment of the cervico-vaginal mucosa, to be used in all cases of temporary alteration of the vaginal microbial balance.
Indicated as an adjuvant for the maintenance of the physiological environment of the cervico-vaginal mucosa, it is useful for the prevention and treatment of cervico-vaginal infections and alterations that may arise during pregnancy and which can cause premature rupture of the membranes, PROM, shortening of the uterine cervix, and for the prevention of preterm birth.

It can be useful:

• As an adjuvant in the prevention of spontaneous abortion and preterm birth;
• As an adjuvant in the prevention against the increased risk of abortion linked to invasive procedures such as amniocentesis or chorionic villus sampling;
• As an adjuvant treatment useful in the prevention of preterm birth in the presence of reduced cervicometry or not corresponding to the gestational period;
• As an adjuvant in the prevention and treatment of female infertility.

Ingredients

Lactoferrin, Microcrystalline cellulose, Mannitol, Croscaramellose carboxymethylcellulose, Vegetable magnesium stearate, HPMC, Glycerol, Silicon dioxide.

Directions for use and Dosage

After carefully washing your hands, take a small amount of the product from the blister. single tablet.
Gently insert the tablet into the vagina, as deeply as possible.
To facilitate the introduction of the vaginal tablet, it is suggested to lie supine, with legs slightly bent.
Treatment should be started and concluded appropriately between menstrual periods or as otherwise indicated by a doctor.

Warnings

Single use; do not reuse.
The product is for vaginal use.
Do not ingest.
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity or incompatibility to any component of the product.
