Indications

Medical device for the prevention and treatment of cervical lesions caused by HPV thanks to its ability to control the physiological conditions of the transformation zone of the cervico-vaginal mucosa. The vaginal gel is effective for the proposed indications thanks to its different mechanisms of action:

• It forms a mucoadhesive film that protects the cervico-vaginal mucosa from the harmful action of external microbiological agents, thanks to its bioadhesion capabilities;
• It promotes re-epithelialization and regression of cervical lesions, thanks to the control of the physiological conditions of the cervico-vaginal transformation zone, through hydration;
• It restores and maintains the vaginal microbiota by regulating the vaginal pH and through the exertion of a prebiotic effect.

Innovative preparation in terms of formulation and method of use: it is a gel that, upon dispensing, transforms into a liquid that returns to gel form after application. The exclusive and ergonomic shape of the applicator allows for uniform and effective distribution of the mucoadhesive preparation directly on the cervico-vaginal mucosa, reaching deep into the mucosa and avoiding product loss.

Composition

Water, sorbitol, carboxymethyl beta-glucan, cross-linked acrylic polymer (polycarbophyl), imidazolidinylurea, sodium dehydroacetate. Fragrance-free.

Directions for use and dosage

It is recommended to apply one application (5 sprays using a vaginal applicator) per day, for 10 days, in the evening before bed. Renew as directed by your doctor.

Warnings

The color of the gel may vary due to the use of natural ingredients, which may undergo changes without altering the quality of the product. The product is for vaginal use. Do not ingest. In confirmed or suspected pregnancy and in case of concomitant local drug therapies, the use of the gynecological solution should be done only on the advice of your doctor or pharmacist. The product is not intended for pediatric use. Keep the product out of the sight and reach of children. Prolonged use of the product, as with all topical products, may give rise to sensitization or local irritation. If this occurs, discontinue treatment and consult your doctor or pharmacist. Do not use the product if the packaging or cannula is damaged or not perfectly intact when first opened. Use the product according to the instructions for use. The cannula is single-use and must not be reused.

Storage

Store in a dry place, away from light and heat sources. The expiry date indicated refers to the intact and correctly stored product.
