Directions for use
Life Plankton Elixir: Apply Life Plankton serum every day in the morning and evening, before your face cream.
Blue Peptides Uplift Cream: Apply your face cream in the morning.
Blue Peptides Uplift Uplift Night: Apply in the evening and before your moisturizer. During the first week, it is recommended to apply the cream only twice a week, then gradually increase the frequency to every other evening. If discomfort occurs, space out applications and/or reduce the amount. Do not apply to the eye contour or eyelids. Do not use in combination with retinol-based products outside the BIOTHERM Blue Pro-Retinol range. Avoid intentionally exposing your skin to the sun and use a broad-spectrum product with SPF 30 every day.
