Indications

Narhinel Saline Solution is indicated for a delicate action, even daily, of cleansing the nasal cavities, helping your baby breathe better and allowing newborns a peaceful rest and a serene feeding. The product is suitable for newborns, children and adults. However, in infants under 2 weeks of age, consult your pediatrician before use.

How to use and Dosage

1. Wash your hands thoroughly before opening the bottle;
2. Blow your nose, if necessary;
3. Separate a single bottle and open it by twisting the top;
4. Tilt your head back and insert the nozzle of the bottle just inside the nostril;
5. Squeeze the bottle carefully to obtain a few drops and more forcefully if a more thorough cleansing is necessary. Repeat the operation in the other nostril;
6. Wait a few seconds and then blow your nose if necessary;
7. Discard the used vials and wash your hands.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
