Sterile physiological solution that gently cleanses the nasal mucosa of adults and children, including newborns.

Characteristics

Libenar Vials gently cleanses the nasal mucosa, even that of newborns, moistening or cleaning in cases of stuffy or dry nose. It can also be used for external eye hygiene as eye drops or eye cleanser. In aerosol therapy, it can be used alone as a thinner of secretions, or to dilute medications.

Components

Sodium Chloride 0.9 g, Purified Water q.s. to 100 ml of solution.

Directions for use and Dosage

For nasal hygiene: Keep your head tilted back. Gently insert the nozzle into one nostril and gently squeeze the bottle. Repeat with the other nostril. Raise your head to allow the mucus to drain and then dry the excess fluid. Do not blow your nose vigorously for ten minutes after application.

For eye hygiene (as eye drops or eye cleanser): instill a few drops of solution in each eye, taking care to avoid contact between the nozzle of the bottle and the surface of the eye. Use a sterile gauze to remove excess fluid. Wait 15 minutes before using any other eye product.

For aerosol therapy: If the product is used as a solvent, follow the instructions provided with the inhaled product. If the product is used alone, follow the instructions provided with the aerosol device.

Warnings

Consult your doctor before use if you are using it for the first time or if you have respiratory hypersensitivity, serious respiratory or cardiovascular conditions.
Not for injection. Do not dispose of empty vials in the environment.
Do not use the single-use vial once opened or damaged due to the risk of rapid bacterial contamination.
Do not use after the expiry date indicated on the packaging and on the label of the single-use vial. Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use the same vial for different purposes.
Each vial is for single use only.
Store a plastic vial and open it by twisting the cap.
Can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Contains no preservatives.
