Characteristics

Rice Cream is one of the first foods introduced into a baby's diet to gently accustom them to solid foods.
To vary the flavor of your baby's food, you can alternate creams made from different types of cereals, such as rice, corn and tapioca, semolina, and mixed grains, after consulting your pediatrician.

Directions for use

Mellin Rice Cream is instant and therefore requires no cooking and is quick and easy to prepare.

Boiled Baby Food
For the first meal, start with about 3/4 tablespoons of Mellin Rice Cream, diluted in 180 ml of hot vegetable or meat broth. Then, as the baby progresses through weaning, you can dilute 5/6 tablespoons of Mellin Rice Cream in 200 ml of hot vegetable or meat broth.
Add a jar of Mellin Freeze-Dried Food or Mellin Meat Puree, starting with half and gradually working your way up to the entire jar.
Finally, season with a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.

(One tablespoon is equal to about 6 grams of Mellin Rice Cream) Rice).

N.B. The age of use and the doses described are indicative and can be modified based on the child's needs, after consulting your pediatrician.
Do not reuse any leftover product after feeding.

Consume within one month of opening.

Warnings

Breast milk is the ideal food for infants and is recommended exclusively for the first 6 months.
Consult your pediatrician when you intend to begin weaning.
