Hoffmann Sella Baby Cream is a medical device based on hyaluronic acid, a substance naturally produced by our body that can hydrate and protect tissues, playing a fundamental role in the healing processes caused by skin irritation and redness. The high molecular weight hyaluronic acid used is able to bind and retain large quantities of water by acting on the surface layer of the skin, giving rise to a protective gel that allows for the creation of a barrier, maintaining high levels of hydration for a long time. Hoffmann Sella Baby Cream also contains zinc oxide and olive oil, which have always been present in the Hoffmann line, which act in synergy with hyaluronic acid. Zinc oxide, known for its calming and soothing properties on irritation and redness, and olive oil, a natural emollient, support the activity of hyaluronic acid in the treatment of dry and dehydrated skin. The formula is also enriched with shea butter, chamomile extract, and Vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant.
Hoffmann Sella Baby Cream is a cream with a fluid and light texture, yet rich and complete, suitable for the whole family, capable of calming and sootheing irritation, inflammation, and redness even on the most sensitive and delicate skin.
It is indicated as an adjuvant treatment in the repair process in cases of irritation and redness caused by diaper rash or contact with urine and feces. It is also indicated for the treatment of itching and chapped skin on the face and body. Also useful for adults in case of: chapping, erythema and irritation, redness caused by long hospital stays or following pharmacological treatments. It can be used to soothe and moisturize the skin after getting a tattoo. The amount of zinc in the formulation is not enough to promote dehydration of the skin, on the contrary, it acts as a calming and soothing agent during the healing process.
