Characteristics

Ansiolev is a relaxing herbal tea containing passionflower, which has a relaxing effect.

Components

Star anise fruit, linden flowers and bracts, sweet orange peel, chamomile flowers, and passionflower aerial parts.

Directions for use

• Infusion: Place 1 tablespoon (4.1 g) of product in a cup and then pour boiling water. Leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Strain and drink as is or sweeten with Stevia*.
• Decoction: Pour 1 tablespoon of product into the cooking vessel with water. Bring to a boil over low heat for 5-10 minutes. Let steep for another 15 minutes, strain, and drink as is or sweeten with Stevia*.

* Steviol glycosides from Stevia.
