Directions for use and Dosage

2 sachets for ten days.

• Breakfast: 1 sachet of Tocaslim to be diluted in water or zymil milk and a multivitamin tablet.
• Lunch: 1 sachet of Tocaslim to be diluted in water and a portion of vegetables.
• Dinner: A portion of lean meat or fish and a portion of vegetables.

It is recommended to drink 2 liters of water a day; vegetables and greens are also allowed with the exception of carrots and red tomatoes.
