Magnesium Supreme, Natural Point's original formula, is an exclusive blend developed in a dedicated production line, consisting of plant-based citric acid and marine-based magnesium carbonate. The mixture in water transforms into a solution with a high content of magnesium citrate, a highly soluble organic salt with a high absorption rate.

Directions for use and Dosage

• Adults: a dosage of one teaspoon or one sachet (approximately 2.4 g) is recommended. Take up to twice daily;
• 11-14 years: one teaspoon or one sachet once daily;
• 3-11 years: half a teaspoon or half a sachet once daily.

It is recommended to dissolve one teaspoon or one sachet in a full glass of water (200 mL).

Lukewarm or hot water is preferable to reduce preparation time. You can also use room temperature or cold water: you will need to wait a few minutes for the water to become clear.

The ideal time to take it is when the water becomes clear.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

If a laxative effect occurs, it is recommended to reduce the dose to half a teaspoon per day and take it in the evening. If you experience gastric sensitivity, take it with a meal and reduce the amount. In both cases, the dosage can then be increased to the best tolerated level, without exceeding the recommended daily dose.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, away from direct light, heat sources, and humidity.
