Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate; L-arginine; acidity regulator: citric acid; beta alanine; magnesium oxide; potassium citrate; L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C); orange juice; sweetener: acesulfame K; flavorings; iron phosphate; maltodextrin; sweetener: sucralose; zinc citrate; coloring: beta carotene; Thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1).

Directions for use
We recommend taking one sachet per day.
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water (200 ml).
