Indications

The psyllium (Plantago ovata) contained in the product is useful for:

• promoting regular intestinal transit thanks to the formation of a soft, voluminous, and free-flowing stool;

• contributing to the growth of beneficial bacterial flora;

• helping slow the absorption of nutrients in the diet of people with glucose and/or lipid metabolism disorders. Blood orange flavor. Gluten-free.

Ingredients

99% pure psyllium fiber (Plantago ovata Forsk., tegumentum seminis); acidifier: citric acid; elderberry extract; emulsifier: soy lecithin; flavoring; sweetener: aspartame; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide. Soy is a potentially allergenic substance or can cause intolerances.

Directions for use

It is recommended to take 1 to 4 sachets of Psyllogel Fiber per day, as needed, between meals. Psyllogel Fiber should be taken with adequate amounts of water: pour the contents of one sachet into a glass (200 ml), fill with still water, stir well for a few seconds, and drink immediately.

Warnings

Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to consult a doctor. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking medications. Contains a source of phenylalanine. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
